Mr. Mohammed Nyaoga holds an LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Nairobi and Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS); a Certified Company Director and a member of the London Institute of Directors. He was called to the Bar in 1985. Mr. Mohammed Nyaoga is the Senior Partner of Mohammed Muigai Advocates and Practices Corporate Litigation-Commercial Law, Insurance and Banking Law, Investments Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law and Arbitration. Mr. Nyaoga is a Lawyer by profession. He has been Chairman of the Board of Ecobank Kenya Limited since July 2014. He serves as a Director of Telkom Kenya Limited since January 2010. He has been a Director of Ecobank Kenya Limited since June 17, 2011. He was called to the Bar in 1985. He served as a Director of Public Law Institute, Lecturer in Business Law at the University of Nairobi, Member of Public Universities Inspection Board and Consultant of the Open Society Initiative 9A NEPAD Inititative. Mr. Nyaoga holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Nairobi. Experience – partner in a private law firm and holds directorships in various companies in the private sector.
