The launch of this program took place on 8th of June 2017 at the Karen County club. A select number of women leaders have signed up and enrolled into the 8 month program and have been paired with captains of industry as mentors. This was such a milestone in achieving the goals that were set out and we are hopeful that the impact from this program will be high.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Timeless Women of Wonder’s vision is Inspired Women for a Prosperous Africa. Our mission is to empower women to fulfill their Potential through Collaborative Partnerships. Women in Africa have made great strides in taking up leadership positions but there is still so much to be done across the spectrum of the various Leadership spheres (Political, Business, Corporate, Development and Public Sector). Women in all these spheres are faced with a multiplicity of challenges and barriers in their journey of leadership. There is also much to be learned within their areas of influence and mentorship is a desired approach for their development into higher levels of leadership. Timeless Women of Wonder through its holding organization Timeless Dynamic Services will be implementing a Leadership & Mentorship Program for Women who want to move to the next level in their areas of influence. These women will have the privilege of undergoing an 8 ½ month training & mentorship program with Technical Experts in Area of Influence and engage with Captains of Industry as Mentors throughout the program.

Objective: To Equip women in leadership to become Transformational Leaders who will drive social change through Value based relationships and Action.

Goal of the Program :
  • Multiplication of value based and transformative women leaders in Africa
  • Equipping Leaders to build a prosperous and inclusive society

Expected Outcomes:
Participants will
  • Have leadership skills and tools to build successful businesses and careers
  • Become impact oriented with focus on their own growth and successes as well as impact on those around them
  • Be part of a Large Network of High Profile Individuals providing continuous support and growth opportunities
  • Gain Recognition as leaders in their space
  • Become part of the pool of Multiplication of value based and transformative women leaders in Africa
The Program will be divided into Core & Technical Sessions with mentor-ship taking place throughout the entire cycle of the program
