Mohammed Nyaoga
He is a Senior Partner at Mohammed Muigai Advocates. Called to the Bar in 1985, he holds both LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is also a Certified Public Secretary, Certified Company Director and a member of the Institute of Directors of Kenya. He specializes in Corporate Finance and Civil & Commercial Litigation.
Moreover, he has been the Vice Chairman of the Law Reform Commission, Chairman on its Business Laws Committee and Chairman of the mining licences task force. he has also been the director of Capital markets Authority, Chairman of International Commission of Jurists, Chairman at the commission of Inquiry into the suspension of the county government and the Chairman of Ecobank Kenya.
Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Central Bank of Kenya.
