TILE is a Mentorship Program for Women who want to move to their next level of Impact, Influence, Network & Net worth. TILE is designed for women in senior and executive positions within the Corporate, Public sector, Government, Business and Development sectors.

Rationale: There is also much to be learned within their areas and spheres of influence and Mentorship is a desired approach for their development into higher levels of leadership. These women will have the privilege of undergoing a 9-month Training & Mentorship program with Technical Experts in the various sectors and spheres of Influence and will also engage with Captains of Industry as Mentors throughout the program.

Objective: To equip women in Leadership to become Transformational Leaders in their institutions and in turn drive social and economic change through value-based relationships and action.
