She is an expert in Leadership, Wealth Creation, Communication and Strategy, with over 26 years work experience in the media, corporate sector, Government and development industry.

Vision For TWOW Zambia

Ms Jacqueline’s vision for TWOW Zambia and Zambian women is to impact policy enhancement and bridge the gap that exists between women and men in accessing equal benefits and opportunities in the country.

She believes that the 7 TWOW pillars are relevant for Zambia and the Zambia women are ready for opportunities presented by the pillars:-

1. Leadership Pillar will develop Transformational leaders in to be change agents that inspire to deliver prosperity for Zambia
2. Empowerment Pillar will open up opportunities for women in non-traditional sectors and impact them with technical skills.
3. Enterprise Pillar will propel Zambian Entrepreneurs to prosper.
4. Media Pillar will enable Women in Zambia to share their stories and build networks.
5. Social – Communities Pillar will impact the Zambian women to reach the peak of awareness that community development depends on them too and they should get ready to take ownership
6. Men Pillar will build bridges for Zambian women for social and economic empowerment through collaborative partnerships with men from all sectors and spheres of influence.
7. Celebration and Recognition Pillar will enhance linkages with other women across Africa and open up new opportunities through the TWOW network.
