Vision For TWOW Rwanda 

Ms. Marie Ndayizigiye’s vision for TWOW Rwanda is to Ensure that Women and Youth are empowered to be more impact-full in the society and position themselves in strategic decision making processes at varying level in social, economic, and political issues at large.

She believes that through the 7 TWOW pillars, Women and Youth will be empowered to unlock their potential and contribute to development but with major focus on the Most Vulnerable Groups (MVGs), she is passionate to lead and;

1. Empower women through skills training, capacity building, improve knowledge to stand and serve with more confidence and to expose their potential in transformation of Africa.
2. Collaborate and work with different partners with same objective i.e. Public sectors Private sectors, Business, Entrepreneurs, NGO.
3. Search for opportunities, network and collaboration with other countries through TWN and encourage creativity and innovation in order to create jobs and businesses towards economic support and self-reliance.
4. Work with men as our mentors, our supporters, our trainers, our partners in every area of our activities because they have been in all the spheres of life (family, business, leadership, entertainment, media, education, religion, ) before women they have an important role in transformation of Africa too.
